Welcome to Hyrre! These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our bus ticket reservation services. By accessing or using Hyrre, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, making a reservation, or using any part of the Hyrre service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Hyrre.

2. Service Description

Hyrre is a digital platform that facilitates bus ticket reservations by connecting users with various bus transportation agencies. We act as an intermediary service and do not operate buses or provide transportation services directly.

2.1 Our Services Include:

  • Bus route information and schedules
  • Seat reservation and booking services
  • Payment processing for bus tickets
  • Booking confirmations and notifications
  • Customer support for reservation-related inquiries

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Creation

To use our services, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information, including your name, phone number, and email address.

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

3.3 Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason we deem necessary.

4. Booking and Payment

4.1 Reservation Process

When you make a reservation through Hyrre, you are entering into a contract with the respective bus agency. We facilitate this transaction but are not a party to the transportation contract.

4.2 Payment Terms

  • All payments must be made through our approved payment methods
  • Prices are subject to change without notice until payment is confirmed
  • Payment confirmation constitutes acceptance of the booking
  • We do not store sensitive payment information

4.3 Booking Confirmation

Upon successful payment, you will receive a booking confirmation via SMS and/or email. This confirmation serves as your ticket and must be presented to the bus agency.

5. User Responsibilities

As a user of Hyrre, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and truthful information
  • Arrive at the departure point on time
  • Present valid identification when required
  • Comply with the bus agency's terms and conditions
  • Respect other passengers and bus agency staff
  • Use the service only for lawful purposes

6. Prohibited Uses

You may not use Hyrre for any of the following:

  • Making fraudulent or unauthorized transactions
  • Reselling tickets for profit without authorization
  • Interfering with the operation of our platform
  • Attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Using the service to harass, abuse, or harm others
  • Violating any applicable laws or regulations

7. Cancellation and Refund Policy

7.1 Cancellation by User

Cancellation policies vary by bus agency. Please check the specific cancellation terms for your booking. Generally:

  • Cancellations made 24+ hours before departure may be eligible for partial refund
  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before departure may not be refundable
  • No-shows are not eligible for refunds

7.2 Cancellation by Bus Agency

If a bus agency cancels a trip, you will be entitled to a full refund or rebooking on the next available service.

8. Limitation of Liability

Hyrre acts as an intermediary service. We are not liable for:

  • Delays, cancellations, or changes made by bus agencies
  • Quality of transportation services provided by bus agencies
  • Loss or damage to personal belongings during travel
  • Accidents or incidents that occur during transportation
  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific booking in question.

9. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated through the app or via email. Your continued use of Hyrre after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
